PROJECT COST/BENEFIT EVALUATION

  • Discuss the needs and options to improve the facility through expansion, such as expansion of classrooms, addition of a gymnasium or daycare
  • Take initial steps to develop concept drawings and estimate a budget

BUDGET/FINANCING

  • Help the owner reach their goal through their budget and deal with lending institutes to gain financing for the project, if required

PROJECT EXECUTION

  • Follow through as the Owner’s Representative to select Consultants (Architects, Engineers..) on your behalf to put the concept into formal drawings for permit
  • Assist in tendering and selecting an appropriate General Contractor for the job and acting as the Liaison between the Owner and the General Contractor to monitor budgeting, scheduling and overall quality of construction until completion
  • Apply for and follow up on Letters of Credit (if required)
